Co-founder & CXO
Hollie is a registered osteopath with a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a passion for behaviour change. Working closely with patients gave her a deep appreciation for how stress, emotions, and habit loops shape people's behaviours. After seeing how many young adults had become unintentionally dependent on vaping, often wanting to quit but lacking the right tools and support, she co-founded Sigh to create a more human, science-led approach that helps people understand cravings, break automatic habits, and regain control.

Billy is a registered osteopath and entrepreneur with backgrounds in healthcare, financial planning, and business. Helping patients navigate stress and behaviour change gave him a firsthand understanding of how deeply ingrained habits can shape people's lives. After founding and operating his own healthcare clinic and previously exiting a consumer business, he co-founded Sigh to create a more effective, science-led approach that helps people regain control of vaping.

How does Sigh work?
Sigh connects your vape to your phone and tracks every puff in real time. You choose a reduction plan that suits your goals, and your daily puff allowance gradually decreases over time, ultimately reaching zero. When you reach your daily limit, your vape temporarily locks, creating a pause between craving and action. Throughout the journey, guided exercises help you understand your triggers, build awareness around your habits, and develop the skills needed to manage cravings and quit for good.
